OC, "Mummy" Magelli by ~Caibel:iconCaibel:

Name: Steven Magelli Jr.

Alias: "Mummy" Magelli

Age: 28

Gender: Male

Species: Zombified Wolf

Heritage: Egyptian/Italian

Occupation(s): (Former) freelance hitman, mobster, (current) mafioso, crime lord

Alignment: Evil

Appearance: A hideous wolf with dark gray decaying flesh. He always uses a mass amount of bandage wraps to cover this, which largely attributes to the nickname "Mummy", though he most often covers his head and hands, as those are the only parts exposed when he wears his clothes. Mummy dresses in expensive suits very often, definitely when outside of his home, and they are always dark, matching colors.

Personality: Magelli is extremely sadistic, cantankerous and arrogant. Even as hideous as he is, he always strives to one-up his enemies and all who dare challenge or oppose him. He's bitter since becoming a zombie has made it impossible to do many things he once loved, which all involve being out in public. Almost everyone who's encountered him before and after his transformation, including the people who work for him, consider Magelli an extremely rude jerk who throws manners, tradition and formality out the window and acts as if he owns the world. Though he is mentally capable and stable enough to run his business, Magelli's violent tactics are considered gruesome to the point of madman-like, even compared to everyone on Death Row. Magelli is very impatient and unwilling to analyze things, preferring to get things done through force and fear tactics rather than play it smart. Though this makes him a "dumb slow thinker", he suffices for it in being a "smart fast thinker", which means his on-the-spot reactions, especially in firefights and all action situations, always count and usually turn out in his favor. He's also a pyromaniac; he likes to set things on fire and/or watch them blow up. Very picky. Loves thrills, action, and fast movement.

Equipment: Magelli always carries specially modified silenced, automatic .45 caliber pistols with him. His other trademark weapon is a 60-pound grenade launcher with 16 rounds, and has a miniature wood chipper underneath it, which in it's high velocity works like a grinder-and-chainsaw in one. He hides switchblades in his shoes and under his sleeves, and carries small torture devices in his inner coat pockets, including rubbing alcohol, a pair of pliers, mace, a taser, and some novelties of his, like cigars, a cigar cutter, a lighter, and perfume.

Powers: Magelli has all the bodily functions of a zombie while retaining the intellect of a regular man. This causes him to sometimes crave the consumption of blood and/or brains.

Talents: Magelli is a significantly skilled self-trained marksman and hand-to-hand combatant. He isn't in any way acrobatic, but still certainly nimble, as he can quickly move through environments, especially very tiny, crowded ones. Magelli is also extremely strong for a regular man, as he can carry 120 pounds on him and still move normally, and can break a man's neck just by squeezing it with his left hand, even though he's right handed. Magelli has bad enough a heart that he won't hesitate at all to severely torture or hurt someone to get what he wants.

Enemies: Remiel, Nighty, Dr. Hostile

History: Steven Magelli Jr. was the son of a mafia crime boss of the same name. When his empire crumbled while Steve Jr. was still an infant, the father told a long time crime business associate and family friend to take care of his son and make sure he didn't lead the same life. Steve Sr. was mowed down by gunfire in a hit days later. Unfortunately, even with the best intentions and trying as hard as he could, the man Steve Sr. entrusted to keeping his son out of crime failed. Stories he told the boy in an attempt to paint how bad life against the law was excited him instead of discouraging him. The rest of the Magelli crime family had either quit, been killed, or were incarcerated, but this didn't stop Steve Jr. from what he saw as reviving his father's empire.

Steve committed his first murder at the age of 4 by stabbing a teacher in the neck with a pair of scissors, and lost his virginity at 13 to a corrupt female CIA agent. The Magelli family, while whittled in influence, still had some power, as many corrupt cops owed them on countless occasions, and the money that the late Steve Sr. won from drug smuggling conquests was set aside for the future of his son, with the intention of a peaceful, moral life. It still wasn't enough in Steve Jr.'s eyes to revive the empire. So, against the wishes of his caretaker, he became a freelance hitman in his teens, hiring himself out to working for any crime family or organization. After years of contract killings, Steve felt it was time to show respect to his father's former life, as many of the people he had done jobs for were his enemies.

He conspired to set the families against each other by killing off each of their bosses, leaving behind the trademarks of other families. This worked, and after the dozens of gunfights lasting well over a few months, those crime families had almost no one left. Steve took his next step towards power by keeping the corrupt cops to their word, making them bail out the still-living, jailed Magellis. By now, half through Steve's actions during his entire life, the Magellis practically owned the dirty side of the law. With all of his enemies severely weakened, they had almost no choice but to join Steven Magelli Jr.'s ranks, or else they would be knocked off by hitmen. Things were looking up for Steve; the vision of the criminal empire he always dreamed of was coming to life.

Steve became the Magelli don, and invested in everything he possibly could; racketeering, drugs, prostitution, gambling, anything and everything. He would go for rides in his convertible, loving the feel of the wind when he drove fast and to show his face around town; for every cop that spotted him, there was a crooked cop present to make sure nothing would happen to him. While he was still a normal wolf, Magelli was incredibly handsome, and would often covet women from everywhere; he was even able to coax prostitutes to the point that they wouldn't charge him. It was at this time that Steve enlisted the help of a prodigal high school dropout than ran away from a foster home; a teenage lizard by the name of Frank N. Stein. Stein, while noted as having some of the worst behavior in his school, was nonetheless incredibly smart and inventive. He would ditch all his classes to work in snuff films. When one was accidentally released to the public, Stein was able to convince police that it was fake, and even explained the special effects, which, in reality, were nonexistent.

Stein and Magelli Jr. got along like brothers. He also made Magelli's famous grenade launching wood chipper and .45s. Magelli was starting to bait corrupt politicians and big banking businesses to add even more cash and power to his regime, but soon a twist of fate would befall him. Upon making a deal with the curator of a museum, he arrived with his men that night to seal a deal on taking in half the revenue of the museum. However, it was an ambush. New, recent organized crime, the Magelli's current enemies, arrived to kill him. These consisted of the combined efforts of mobs from Russia, Japan, and the local urban gangs. Magelli was losing a lot of men; all of them other members that he had gotten out of jail. When it seemed he was finally gaining the upper hand, a man from a group he couldn't recognized released something hellish; known by some as the Hostile Virus. The scorpion-sized virus hurriedly scattered for Magelli and his men. Magelli himself was lucky enough to blast it with his grenade launcher, blowing it to bits, but some other parts had taken all the other faithful members of the Magelli.

Steven Magelli Jr. mercilessly slaughtered the rest of his enemies out of rage. By the end of the firefight, Magelli's gang was the last one standing. Magelli himself was incredibly exhausted and out of ammunition. It was at this point in time that the remaining members of his business, the ones he had raked in from the crime families he turned against each other, revealed their true intentions. They had discovered the real cause of their slaughtering each other so many years ago; by Magelli deceiving them, and now they would pay him back. Magelli was helpless, outnumbered and without useful weapons as the infidels shot him down simultaneously. The traitors then shoved a nearly dead Magelli inside of a sarcophagus from the museum and tossed it into a nearby bay, to leave Magelli to sink and drown.

As Magelli slowly descended inside the Egyptian coffin, ready at any moment to pass from a life on Earth, he became aware that just before he was placed inside, a tiny remnant of the Hostile Virus crawled in with him. It, too, was nearly dying, not enough to affect him to the point that he would be under Dr. Hostile's control, but still invaded Magelli anyways, and gave him his zombified traits. A newly revived Magelli burst from the sarcophagus and swam to surface, whence then he returned to his home mansion. He arrived just in time; the traitors who attempted to execute him were on their way to kill Frank N. Stein and Magelli's caretaker. Magelli reloaded his grenade launcher and .45's and waited, until the traitors arrived and he avenged himself on them.

Since, Magelli hid from the public eye to keep them from knowing about his horrifying appearance, which he would hide with his bandage wraps. As much as he grieved over not being able to get girls so easily or cruise in his convertible, keeping so secret proved to be a great advantage for his business; laying low was just what he needed. Magelli gradually employed enough criminals to restabilize his empire, though now, he would work strictly with drug dealing and racketeering. Magelli came to dislike crooked cops, as he knew that the law could potentially screw him over, and preferred to do business "genuinely", without having to bribe others. As far as the news is concerned, Magelli was dead since the museum shootout; but in reality, he's still been in action for years, cruel as ever over the bitterness of his appearance. His faithful caretaker had been killed by sniper fire, but Frank N. Stein remained as loyal as could be to Magelli, and is still alive and well. "Mummy" Magelli's name is whispered on the streets with fear, as he has yet to be brought down again.

Other Facts:

- Magelli is an interracial child. His mother is Egyptian, whose ancient ancestors were pharoahs and sorcerors, and his father is obviously Steven Magelli Sr., legendary mafia don. Magelli Jr.'s Egyptian heritage is what kept him alive when the Hostile Virus attempted to take him, as well as what preserves his free will from Dr. Hostile.
- Magelli seems to have some amount of sexual attraction towards feeling physical heat.
- Magelli could make almost anyone, even the President, break in interrogation if he wanted to. His imagination allows him to conjure several torture methods in which he uses as much resources as he can, from the environment to personal information about his victims.
- He is an avid, addicted smoker, but will refuse to smoke anything but Cuban cigars.
- He's very insecure about the way his rotten, decaying flesh makes him smell. Because of this he always wears a lot of perfume. Frank N. Stein even made him special Cuban cigars which omit an aroma similar to incense or scented candles, but does not impair the taste.
- The red convertible he used to drive before becoming a zombie is still in his mansion, and he refuses to sell it or get rid of it. It hasn't been droven for years. Now whenever Magelli goes somewhere, he has his employees drive him. It's in a black limousine with deeply tinted windows and has top-notch air conditioning.
- Even before he was a zombie, his followers and associates jokingly gave the nickname to all those who fell victim to his grenade launcher's wood chipper "Magelli Jelly".
- Magelli's relatives (who are now all deceased) ran a pizzeria that was of excellent quality, but the establishment was never famous and is still barely known. Magelli runs it as a front for his drug running, and he likes the pizza there, claiming it was the best he's ever had.
- While he hates them with a passion, almost every crooked cop around town works for Magelli. They've never double-crossed him a single time out of fear that he would catch, torture and kill them.
- While he has great respect for his late father, he not only disagrees with his desires for a crime-free life, but deviates from tradition of mafia.
- Every day, Magelli wears a different tie on his suit which perfectly matches the lighter he carries. Each of them mean something different.

The meanings of his ties and lighters:

Black and white with the Playboy bunny symbol - He's having a good day.
Green with a yellow $ symbol - He wants money, or is expecting to collect it from someone.
Black, with a red and green rose - He's sending hitmen for someone, or there will be a firefight, or someone will die.
Teal blue with a golden sphynx - It's his birthday.
Green with a red convertible - He wants to go somewhere.
Red with a big, fancy silver M on it - He's at some kind of party or formal occasion.
Royal purple - He wants to do business.
Red with the Coca Cola logo - He's going to sell, buy, or use cocaine.

There's way too many ties and lighters to count, but those are the most important ones.

Another villain OC. Boy, was this profile epic. Sure getting me on the track to anti-block. I know it's long, but this guy is no Remiel, so please don't be disappointed.

Though I feel some may find him lame, I actually really like this OC as a villain. I know he isn't my best, and some of my other OCs could easily kick the crap out of him, but I still like him a lot.

Steven "Mummy" Magelli Jr., Remiel, and Nighty - Me :iconcaibel:

Dr. Hostile and The Hostile Virus - :iconnightychao: (though :iconb-spider: appears to be more active about it)

HTF - MondoMedia

Playboy - Hugh Heffner

Coca Cola - Um... Coca Cola?
